Advocating proper food selections and calorie control is boring. There’s nothing innovative, cutting edge or sexy about it. To tell someone to follow sensible, basic principles almost seems archaic and uninformed.

There has to be a new revolutionary way that’s easier, more efficient and pain-free, right?

“Super”foods
How "super" any superfood is depends on context.
Most superfoods are great but how well they will affect you depends on your diet to begin with. Adding a food that may be low in carbs or calories to a diet that already is carb or calorie restricted isn't going to make much of a difference, at least not as much as some good old oats or potatoes.
