What We Offer

1-on-1 Fitness Coaching Group Training Nutritional Advice & Coaching
"Nutrition is half the battle."

We design programs and workouts that are specific to our clients and always have their goals in mind. Our programs are designed in advance to achieve goals by reinforcing your strengths, strengthening your weaknesses and evolving alongside your ever-changing requirements.

We offer training solutions to groups of 2 people or more. This includes strength and conditioning for sports teams or just coaching for you and your friends in whatever discipline you wish.

Be advised that we only take on group training clients if your goals and fitness levels are similar. This is to ensure that all members of the group are getting the most they can out of the coaching.

To help you achieve your goals, we offer nutrition plans, advice and review of daily food logs in order to coach you to start making better food choices.

Strength & Conditioning Cardiovascular Training Boxing

Strength & Conditioning is for anyone who wants to excel at their given sport, be it rugby, football, golf or tennis. Strength is required in every task you perform, no matter how menial and mundane, and through strength & conditioning you will be able to dominate on the field and off it.

CrossFit is a strength & conditioning philosophy that combines weightlifting, sprinting, gymnastics, powerlifting, kettlebells and plyometrics in order to improve overall fitness consisting of the10 general physical skills: cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.

Circuit training consists of performing a variety of exercises without rest in order to increase the metabolic demand of your workouts. They usually consist of compound exercises done against resistance allowing you to simultaneously lose fat and increase muscle mass and strength.
